Our Story
There are 3 main drivers behind what we do. A passion for property, a genuine want to help others, and family.
Jake started off as an architectural model maker, and later moved in to general building. If you can build small, why not build big too! Jake and his partner Rosie Bailey also co-owned a successful charity along side an already busy schedule. With two beautiful boys already, everything changed when Otto was born. Life changed, so the situation had to change as well! This is when Sculthorp and Bailey was born.
